Gaddafi's son killed by Nato


LIBYAN dictator Colonel Gaddafi's son Saif al-Arab was killed previous evening in a Nato airstrike on his compound.


Three of his grandchildren had been also killed in the assault, in accordance to a Libyan federal government spokesman.


The Libyan leader himself was in the residence at the time but is thought to be unharmed.


It came after Libyan rebels rejected Gaddafi's make available of a ceasefire once the cornered leader done a rambling speech on state television supplying peace.


Gaddafi made available to negotiate if NATO forces stopped pounding his troops, adding: "The door to peace is open.


"Arrive, France, Italy, Uk, America, come, we will negotiate. Why are you attacking us?" But the tyrant, sat powering a desk covered with handwritten notes, refused to surrender as fighter jets hit a few targets in the area.
